- Develop and implement tools, reporting, and analytics to support the commercial performance ecosystem.
- Collaborate with the Center of Excellence and commercial teams to integrate business rules and objectives into the broader data strategy.
- Manage commercial data products to enable sales teams to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Evaluate commercial project roadmaps against business potential and effort required.
- Prioritize projects with the Data Steering Committee to maximize business value.
- Operationalize commercial data products to enhance adoption and usage.
- Create training agendas for commercial reporting tools and frameworks.
- Lead data management for commercial reporting tools, ensuring data quality, usage, and access.
- Liaise with IT, Commercial, and COE teams to optimize commercial data assets and platforms.
- Educate and influence stakeholders to adopt data best practices.
- Stay updated with advancements in data technology and practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 8+ years of data experience in a packaged goods environment, with global experience preferred.
- Experience with GCP, PowerBI, and preferred experience with AWS, Azure, Databricks, BigQuery, Tableau, Dataiku, Data Robot, Alteryx.
- Experience in the U.S. three-tier system for wines and spirits preferred.
- Proven functional expertise in data product management.
- Ability to develop and drive best practices in data management.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional relationships.
- Commercial acumen and progressive thought leadership.
Minimum 8 years of data experience in a packaged goods environment, with a focus on building and deploying data products.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
