- Develop and enhance tools, reporting, and analytics to support the commercial performance ecosystem.
- Collaborate with the Center of Excellence and the Commercial Team to integrate business rules and objectives into the broader data strategy.
- Manage commercial data products to empower sales teams in identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
- Evaluate commercial project roadmaps to align business potential with effort.
- Prioritize projects with the Data Steering Committee to maximize business value.
- Operationalize commercial data products to increase adoption and usage.
- Lead data management for commercial reporting tools, ensuring data quality and accessibility.
- Partner with IT and other stakeholders to optimize commercial data assets and drive data transformation initiatives.
- Stay abreast of advancements in data technology and practices to apply them effectively within the organization.
- Act as an ambassador for commercial analytics, preparing strategic presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of data experience in a packaged goods environment, with a focus on building and deploying data products.
- Proficiency with GCP and PowerBI; familiarity with AWS, Azure, Databricks, and other data technologies preferred.
- Experience in the U.S. three-tier system for wines and spirits is advantageous.
- Proven functional expertise in data management and analytics.
- Ability to develop and implement best practices to enhance functional impact.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to drive long-term solutions and quick wins.
- Excellent communication skills to convey data insights and recommendations.
- Ability to educate and influence business partners to adopt data best practices.
- Strong commercial acumen and thought leadership in consumer products insights.
A minimum of 8 years in data management within a packaged goods environment, with global experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Competitive salary ranging from $130,000 to $163,000 annually.
