1. Serve as the primary contact for data audits, ownership, and governance in collaboration with IT.
2. Lead the continuous optimization of data assets, identifying alignment opportunities across datasets to enhance business value.
3. Collaborate with internal Data Owners and IT to develop standards for data ingestion in compliance with current data architecture.
4. Work with the data governance team to ensure adherence to established standards.
5. Contribute to and manage aspects of the data transformation journey for MHUSA.
6. Coordinate the operationalization of data products within MHUSA to increase adoption and usage.
7. Collaborate with global partners to leverage acceleration opportunities and share standard methodologies.
8. Develop and implement a data literacy and analytics upskilling program in partnership with the Learning & Development organization.
9. Coach and collaborate with data and digital talent to enhance organizational data processes.
10. Partner with IT to promote MHUSA data assets to the broader MH community, including Commercial, Brand, and Leadership teams.

1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
2. 7+ years of experience in building, deploying, and activating data products for business outcomes.
3. Experience in the U.S. three-tier system for wines and spirits is preferred.
4. Familiarity with market suppliers and technologies such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, BigQuery, PowerBI, Tableau, Dataiku, Data Robot, and Alteryx.
5. Proven ability to develop and implement best practices to elevate functional impact.
6. Success in stakeholder management to achieve long-term solutions while delivering quick wins.
7. Passion for driving transformation within an organization based on data capabilities.
8. Track record of achieving results in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
9. Strong communication skills to educate and influence business partners at all levels.
10. Understanding of Marketing and Commercial business management.
11. Proven ability to build and manage relationships with cross-functional teams.

Competitive salary ranging from $130,000 to $163,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package.
