- Lead data audits, ownership, and governance in partnership with IT.
- Optimize data assets and find alignment opportunities across datasets and projects.
- Develop standards for data ingestion in compliance with current data architecture.
- Ensure data governance standards are established and adhered to.
- Coordinate operationalization of data products to increase adoption and usage.
- Collaborate with global partners to leverage acceleration opportunities.
- Develop and implement a data literacy and analytics upskilling program.
- Coach and collaborate with data and digital talent to upskill the organization.
- Educate and evangelize MHUSA Data assets to the broader MH community.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
- 7+ years of experience building, deploying, and activating data products
- Experience in the U.S. three-tier system preferred
- Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, BigQuery, PowerBI, Tableau, Dataiku, Data Robot, Alteryx preferred
- Ability to develop and drive best practices
- Success in stakeholder management
- Strong communication skills
- Understanding of Marketing and Commercial business management
- Proven ability to build and manage relationships with cross-functional teams
Minimum 7 years of experience in building, deploying, and activating data products. Experience in the wines and spirits industry and familiarity with market suppliers and technologies is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
Competitive salary ranging from $130,000 to $163,000 per year
