Moët Hennessy Senior Manager, Data & Analytics

- Collaborate with Commercial, Brand, and Operations teams to develop an analytics roadmap and learning agenda.
- Manage vendor selection and oversee analytic model delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct hands-on analysis to address business questions and identify opportunities.
- Facilitate data-driven decision-making by providing insightful analysis and developing impactful narratives.
- Partner with Data Governance & Data Product Management teams to enhance the US data hub for predictive analytics.
- Coordinate with Local IT, Global Insights & Analytics, and Global Data & AI teams to integrate US business priorities into global initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in data and analytics
- Exceptional analytic skills and curiosity
- Experience working with multiple data sets to derive insights
- Expertise in pricing and/or marketing effectiveness models
- Strong sense of ownership and adaptability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work in a team environment on multiple projects
- High level of ethics, integrity, and confidentiality
Minimum of 7 years in data and analytics, with a focus on deriving insights and translating them into actionable business strategies.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
