- Collaborate with Commercial, Brand, and Operations teams to develop a learning agenda and analytics roadmap to enhance decision-making processes.
- Manage the selection and oversight of vendors providing analytic models, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Conduct hands-on analysis to address specific business inquiries and proactively identify opportunities.
- Facilitate data-driven decision-making by delivering insightful analysis that reframes perspectives and unlocks opportunities.
- Craft impactful narratives based on data and analytics to inspire business action.
- Partner with Data Governance and Data Product Management teams to develop the US data hub for predictive analytics.
- Coordinate with Local IT, Global Insights & Analytics, and Global Data & AI teams to integrate US business priorities into global strategies and ensure global projects meet US needs.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Exceptional analytic skills and intellectual curiosity.
- Proficiency in working with diverse data sets to derive insights and communicate them effectively to business partners.
- Expertise in pricing and marketing effectiveness models for business decision-making.
- Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and adaptability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven success in team environments managing multiple projects with shifting priorities.
- High level of ethics, integrity, and respect for confidentiality.
A minimum of 7 years in data and analytics, with demonstrated expertise in deriving insights from multiple data sets and translating them into actionable business strategies.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Competitive salary ranging from $130,000 to $163,000 per year.
