- Align commercial and marketing strategies with budget targets to achieve sales and profitability goals.
- Lead joint business plans with travel retail operators, fostering sustainable growth.
- Oversee commercial negotiations, marketing plans, and partnerships for the Moët Hennessy portfolio.
- Identify and assess new business opportunities within the region.
- Collaborate with finance and operations partners to optimize business efficiency.
- Drive marketing initiatives with a strong shopper focus to engage travelers across platforms.
- Ensure excellent execution of sales plans through cross-functional collaboration.
