- Ensure the quality, integrity, and timeliness of financial information and reporting, including forecasts and actuals.
- Lead analysis and evaluation of Iberia business performance, providing decision support to the Finance Director and Managing Director.
- Act as a business partner with departments such as Operations, Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Sales, offering financial support and training.
- Support the Revenue Management Team in pricing strategy development.
- Manage a team comprising a VIE and an intern, shared with the Supply Planner.
- Contribute to local and European projects, ensuring continuous improvement in controlling processes.
- Monitor MOP and KPIs for Spain and Portugal, conducting business analysis and delivering decision support.
- Oversee the complete forecasting process for Spain, Portugal, and Gibraltar, collaborating with the Regional Management team.
- Manage internal and external quantitative and qualitative reporting, ensuring deadlines and quality are met.
- Facilitate business partnering with sales teams and the Revenue Management Team to provide solutions and tools for pricing analysis, P&L construction, and sell-out analysis.
- Serve as a liaison with Marketing and HR, ensuring monthly follow-up on overheads and A&P.
- Promote continuous improvement in business orientation, reliability, and efficiency of MH Iberia Controlling.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Solid knowledge of information systems such as SAP, Hyperion, and Excel.
