1. Ensure the quality, integrity, and timeliness of financial information and reporting, including forecasts and actuals.
2. Lead analysis and evaluation of Iberia business performance, providing decision support to the Finance Director and Managing Director.
3. Act as a business partner with departments such as Operations, Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Sales, offering financial support and training.
4. Support the Revenue Management Team in pricing strategy development.
5. Manage a team comprising a VIE and an intern, shared with the Supply Planner.
6. Contribute to local and European projects, ensuring continuous improvement in controlling processes.
7. Monitor MOP and KPIs for Spain and Portugal, conducting business analysis and delivering decision support.
8. Oversee the complete forecasting process for Spain, Portugal, and Gibraltar, collaborating with the Regional Management team.
9. Manage internal and external quantitative and qualitative reporting, ensuring deadlines and quality are met.
10. Facilitate business partnering with sales teams and the Revenue Management Team to provide solutions and tools for pricing analysis, P&L construction, and sell-out analysis.
11. Serve as a liaison with Marketing and HR, ensuring monthly follow-up on overheads and A&P.
12. Promote continuous improvement in business orientation, reliability, and efficiency of MH Iberia Controlling.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Solid knowledge of information systems such as SAP, Hyperion, and Excel.
