Moët Hennessy Senior Finance and Operations Manager

- Establish and optimize a stable organizational platform for internal services including operations, finance, and IT.
- Ensure the quality, integrity, and timely circulation of financial information across various levels including Country, Branch, Region, and Maisons.
- Lead consolidation of sales planning data supporting sales and marketing departments.
- Efficiently manage processes in controlling, including budgeting, reporting, cash collection, funding, treasury, and cost controls.
- Prepare local Annual Statements for the LVMH Group.
- Ensure timely finance reporting to MH, MHE, and Maisons.
- Monitor and evaluate business performance, ensuring quality financial information is provided to management.
- Generate and coordinate ad hoc analysis on channel, customer, or product profitability.
- Manage internal audits and ensure solid FTT contract management.
- Construct and monitor reliable control systems and implement operational procedures in line with Group standards.
- Report risk issues to the General Manager and MHE CFO and liaise with the Internal Control team for compliance and fraud requirements.
- Maintain and secure IT systems, coordinating the implementation of MH IT and supply chain projects.
- Manage the Customer Service team to ensure optimal service levels and supervise demand planning to maintain efficient stock levels.
- Accountable for the management and development of finance and operations teams, setting objectives, recruiting, coaching, and evaluating staff.
- University Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance & Controlling.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Polish and/or French is advantageous.
- Ability to analyze, compare, and interpret facts quickly.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Proactive with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Strong sense of confidentiality.
Minimum of 10 years of finance experience in an international environment with team management experience.
University Degree in Business Administration, Focus Finance & Controlling
