Moët Hennessy Senior Finance and Operations Manager

1. Establish and optimize a stable organizational platform for internal services including operations, finance, and IT.
2. Ensure the quality, integrity, and timely circulation of financial information across various levels including Country, Branch, Region, and Maisons.
3. Lead consolidation of sales planning data supporting sales and marketing departments.
4. Efficiently manage processes in controlling, including budgeting, reporting, cash collection, funding, treasury, and cost controls.
5. Prepare local Annual Statements for the LVMH Group.
6. Ensure timely finance reporting to MH, MHE, and Maisons.
7. Monitor and evaluate business performance, ensuring quality financial information is provided to management.
8. Generate and coordinate ad hoc analysis on channel, customer, or product profitability.
9. Manage internal audits and ensure solid FTT contract management.
10. Construct and monitor reliable control systems and implement operational procedures in line with Group standards.
11. Report risk issues to the General Manager and MHE CFO and liaise with the Internal Control team for compliance and fraud requirements.
12. Maintain and secure IT systems, coordinating the implementation of MH IT and supply chain projects.
13. Manage the Customer Service team to ensure optimal service levels and supervise demand planning to maintain efficient stock levels.
14. Accountable for the management and development of finance and operations teams, setting objectives, recruiting, coaching, and evaluating staff.

1. University Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance & Controlling.
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in Polish and/or French is advantageous.

Minimum of 10 years of finance experience in an international environment with team management experience.
