Moët Hennessy Senior Finance and Operations Manager

1. Establish and optimize a stable organizational platform for internal services including operations, finance, and IT.
2. Ensure the quality, integrity, and timely circulation of financial information across Country, Branch, Region, and Maisons.
3. Lead the consolidation of sales planning data to support sales and marketing departments.
4. Manage processes in controlling, including budgeting, reporting, cash collection, funding, treasury, and cost controls.
5. Prepare local Annual Statements for the LVMH Group and ensure timely finance reporting to MH, MHE, and Maisons.
6. Monitor and evaluate overall business performance, providing quality financial information to management.
7. Generate and coordinate ad hoc analysis on channel, customer, or product profitability.
8. Manage internal audits and ensure solid FTT contract management.
9. Construct and monitor reliable control systems and implement operational procedures in line with Group standards.
10. Maintain and secure IT systems to achieve business objectives and coordinate IT and supply chain projects.
11. Manage the Customer Service team to ensure high service levels and supervise demand planning to maintain efficient stock levels.
12. Accountable for the management and development of finance and operations teams, including setting objectives, recruiting, coaching, and evaluating.

1. University Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Controlling.
2. Fluent in English; proficiency in Polish and/or French is advantageous.

A minimum of 10 years of finance experience in an international environment, with a solid understanding of group reporting and accounting principles. Experience in team management is essential.
