Moët Hennessy Senior Finance and Operations Manager

- Establish and optimize a stable organizational platform for internal services including operations, finance, and IT.
- Ensure the quality, integrity, and timely circulation of financial information across Country, Branch, Region, and Maisons.
- Lead the consolidation of sales planning data to support sales and marketing departments.
- Manage processes in controlling, including budgeting, reporting, cash collection, funding, treasury, and cost controls.
- Prepare local Annual Statements for the LVMH Group and ensure timely finance reporting to MH, MHE, and Maisons.
- Monitor and evaluate overall business performance, providing quality financial information to management.
- Generate and coordinate ad hoc analysis on channel, customer, or product profitability.
- Manage internal audits and ensure solid FTT contract management.
- Construct and monitor reliable control systems and implement operational procedures in line with Group standards.
- Maintain and secure IT systems to achieve business objectives and coordinate IT and supply chain projects.
- Manage the Customer Service team to ensure high service levels and supervise demand planning to maintain efficient stock levels.
- Accountable for the management and development of finance and operations teams, including setting objectives, recruiting, coaching, and evaluating.
- University Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Controlling.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Polish and/or French is advantageous.
- Ability to analyze, compare, and interpret data quickly.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Proactive with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Strong sense of confidentiality.
A minimum of 10 years of finance experience in an international environment, with a solid understanding of group reporting and accounting principles. Experience in team management is essential.
University Degree in Business Administration, Focus on Finance & Controlling
