- Establish and optimize a stable organizational platform for internal services including operations, accounting, finance, and IT.
- Ensure the quality, integrity, and timeliness of financial information circulation within the country, branch, region, and Maisons.
- Ensure legal and tax compliance of the business.
- Provide quality, timely management information to improve business performance and strategic insight.
- Implement HR policies and procedures.
- Lead consolidation of sales planning data, supporting sales and marketing departments.
- Manage accounting and controlling processes, including budgeting, reporting, cash collection, funding, treasury, and cost controls.
- Prepare local annual financial statements.
- Ensure timely finance reporting to MH, MHE, and Maisons.
- Monitor and evaluate business performance, ensuring quality financial information is provided to management.
- Generate and coordinate ad hoc analysis on channel, customer, or product profitability.
- Manage external audits and control tax processes.
- Construct and monitor reliable control systems and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and secure IT systems that enable the organization to achieve its business objectives.
- Coordinate implementation of MH IT and supply chain projects.
- Provide local support on HR topics related to administration and payroll.
- Manage the customer service team to ensure high levels of service.
- Supervise demand planning to maintain efficient stock levels.
- Accountable for the management and development of the finance and operations teams.
- University Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Controlling.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
- Ability to analyze, compare, and interpret facts quickly.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen development.
- Proactive with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Strong sense of confidentiality.
Minimum of 10 years of finance experience in an international environment, with substantial knowledge of group reporting and accounting principles, and experience in team management.
University Degree in Business Administration, Focus on Finance and Controlling.
