- Lead the Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, HR Data Analytics, International and Domestic Mobility, and Payroll strategies.
- Serve as a strategic business partner, collaborating with senior executives to evolve the company's Total Rewards strategy.
- Participate in the development of Global Compensation and Benefits strategy to drive consistency and efficiencies.
- Review and revise Total Rewards policies to align with business needs and regulations.
- Develop and deliver competitive employee compensation programs.
- Lead HR operational systems and processes to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide guidance during the annual compensation review process.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, human resources, or related field.
- Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is strongly preferred.
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage processes and support decision-making on sensitive issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced MS Excel skills and familiarity with Power BI and analytics tools.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships.
15+ years of relevant Human Resources, Compensation and Benefits management experience, including working with senior executives. 5+ years of international and/or domestic mobility experience. Experience in Total Rewards within Latin America.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, human resources, or related field.
Competitive salary ranging from $187,000 to $230,000 annually.
