- Lead the development and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies, ensuring alignment with LVMH/Moët Hennessy's global objectives and local regulations.
- Serve as a strategic business partner, collaborating with senior executives to evaluate and evolve the company's Total Rewards strategy.
- Guide the creation and implementation of policies that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience.
- Participate as a key member of the Global Compensation and Benefits Center of Excellence, contributing to global strategy and program development.
- Oversee HR technology, systems, and payroll, ensuring efficient and accurate operations.
- Provide leadership in the annual compensation review process, guiding salary adjustments and bonus awards.
- Manage international and domestic mobility programs, including expatriate and relocation management.
- Conduct external benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Lead and inspire the Total Rewards team, fostering professional development and high performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field; postgraduate education is a plus.
- Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is strongly preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in Human Resources, Compensation, and Benefits management, including senior executive support.
- 5+ years of experience in international and/or domestic mobility.
- Experience in Total Rewards within Latin America, including compliance and compensation.
- Strong technical and analytical skills with proficiency in data management and interpretation.
- Advanced MS Excel skills and experience with Power BI and analytics tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential issues with discretion.
- Familiarity with compensation management laws and international assignments.
A minimum of 15 years in Human Resources, with significant experience in Compensation and Benefits management and senior executive collaboration.
Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field.
Competitive salary ranging from $187,000 to $230,000 annually.
