1. Ensure efficient processes between Armand de Brignac and supply/production partners.
2. Develop operational plans to support brand growth, including sourcing and capacity planning.
3. Participate in supply planning to ensure product availability and optimal allocation.
4. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within operations.
5. Liaise with supply partners to optimize product availability in markets.
6. Participate in S&OP processes, providing insights on production and brand performance.
7. Monitor and challenge market sales forecasts and manage slow-moving inventory.
8. Develop strategic guidelines and business strategies for global operations.
9. Oversee long-term business planning and budgeting processes.
10. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with LVMH standards.
11. Optimize resource allocation to maximize return on investment.
12. Analyze business dynamics and trends, providing insights to management.
13. Manage financial planning processes, including forecasting and reporting.
14. Prepare and present financial analyses to diverse audiences.
15. Ensure correct valuation of assets and liabilities per LVMH procedures.
16. Build cash forecasts and analyze cash flow changes.
17. Identify and validate CAPEX needs and prepare approval requests.
18. Identify risks and opportunities versus forecasts.
19. Supervise all finance and accounting matters.
20. Lead change initiatives to enhance planning and reporting processes.
21. Implement an efficient finance organization for Armand de Brignac.
22. Oversee internal control processes and develop documentation to reduce risks.
23. Conduct annual internal control assessments as per LVMH guidelines.
24. Lead and manage a high-performing finance and operations team.
25. Review key appointments and organizational changes to enhance capabilities.
26. Represent Armand de Brignac within the IT/Financial/Operations communities of LVMH.
27. Attend board meetings with the President & CEO.

1. University degree, MBA, or equivalent.
2. Minimum 12 years of experience in finance and operations roles in the beverage or similar industry, including 2-3 years in a similar role.

5. Proficiency in logistics, supply chain, and production knowledge.

9. Strategic agility and ability to manage ambiguity.
10. Strong communication and presentation skills.
11. Capacity to engage with diverse cultures and communities globally.
12. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Minimum 12 years of experience in finance and operations roles in the beverage or similar industry, including 2-3 years in a similar role.

University degree, MBA, or equivalent.
