Moët Hennessy Senior Digital & Media Manager

- Lead the media and digital strategy for the German market, serving as the primary advisor and contact for local Brand Teams, Maisons, global media stakeholders, and agency partners.
- Conceptualize, plan, execute, and optimize omni-channel media and influencer campaigns across paid, earned, and owned channels.
- Define and drive portfolio-level media and digital planning, including consumer targeting and integrated multi-touchpoint strategies.
- Co-define and steer digital communication strategies at brand and portfolio levels, guiding media and digital budget allocation.
- Champion a strong performance culture through KPI setting, analytics, reporting, and performance storytelling.
- Lead digital strategy, e-reputation management, and digital crisis processes, overseeing paid influencer initiatives.
- Act as the local expert for GDPR, data privacy, responsible consumption regulations, and media compliance.
- Drive capability building, innovation, and media & digital mindset transformation across the organization.
- Represent Germany in international digital and media forums and liaise with Maisons’ Digital & Media Teams and global counterparts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Fluency in German and English; French is a plus.
- Strong understanding of online consumer behavior and media landscape.
- 6–8 years of experience in digital and media roles within a media/digital agency or B2C brand organization.
- Proven experience in communication planning and integrated media strategy development.
- Strong business acumen with strategic and commercial focus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Structured, organized, and results-oriented work approach.
- Effective project and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge in GDPR & Data Privacy.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills.
- Creative thinker with openness to innovative ideas.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with high standards of quality and execution.
- Collaborative team player with leadership capabilities.
6–8 years of professional experience in digital and media roles, preferably within a media/digital agency or B2C brand organization.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Master’s degree is preferred.
