- Ensure alignment of brand, trade, and commercial objectives to drive market impact.
- Leverage customer and channel insights to shape effective trade marketing strategies.
- Translate brand goals into actionable plans across channels and customers.
- Lead the planning and execution of trade programs, adapting to market dynamics.
- Coordinate with external agencies to maximize activation impact, focusing on ROI and quality.
- Oversee trade A&P investment by brand and activity, ensuring strong ROI.
- Track performance through KPIs and present key findings internally.
- Develop standardized POSM, playbooks, and visibility tools for execution excellence.
- Provide sales teams with relevant tools including pricing guidance and trade presenters.
- Conduct competitor reviews to support commercial strategy and market positioning.
- Build and align trade promotion calendars with key commercial periods.
- Analyze channel performance to identify growth levers and support forecasting.
- Evaluate key activations and campaigns for continuous improvement.
- Coach and develop team members within a luxury execution framework.
- 8 years of experience in Trade Marketing or Customer Marketing.
- Strong understanding of On- and Off-Trade channels.
- Expertise in Innovation Management, Category Management, Planogramming, and Channel Strategy.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing brand/product P&L.
- Proven planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Commercially driven with a strong sales mindset.
- Collaborative team player with strong influencing skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership.
- Creative thinker with a strategic and solutions-oriented approach.
- Genuine appreciation for luxury, quality, and lifestyle brands.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Trade Marketing or Customer Marketing, with a focus on On- and Off-Trade channels.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
