Moët Hennessy Senior Communications Manager

- Define and execute the annual 360° communication plan for a portfolio of brands in France.
- Collaborate with the Director of Communications and marketing teams to develop strategic recommendations.
- Translate brand ambitions into integrated, creative, and measurable action plans.
- Design, recommend, and oversee major activations of the annual plan, including event creation, partnerships, public relations programs, and immersive experiences.
- Develop and implement influence and press relations strategies in collaboration with agencies and press officers.
- Work with the Media Manager to maximize the reach and coherence of activations through paid, digital, and partnership channels.
- Monitor and report on activations and media efficiency KPIs.
- Ensure brand image and coherence across all touchpoints.
- Represent Moët Hennessy France internally and externally as a brand ambassador.
- Develop and maintain a network of partners, talents, service providers, and key opinion leaders relevant to brand positioning.
- Manage a communications intern.
- Regular travel is required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Significant experience in communications, PR, and/or influence strategies.
- Strategic thinking and proposal development.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Strong network in technical service providers and communication specialists.
- Brand culture and execution excellence.
- Interpersonal skills and cross-functional leadership.
- Team spirit.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in communications, public relations, and/or influence strategies is required.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
