- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the American Whiskey portfolio in alignment with Maison and MHUSA 2030 strategies.
- Provide strategic marketing direction to key stakeholders and support the achievement of brand goals and KPIs.
- Drive the execution of 360-degree brand programs and activations based on consumer insights and market research.
- Oversee brand program execution in collaboration with various internal teams and stakeholders.
- Manage creative strategy and execution of new campaigns.
- Ensure brand KPI delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Maintain awareness of cultural and competitive trends to inform planning and execution.
- Develop product expertise and market dynamics through training and customer interactions.
- Drive profitability by managing the Brand Marketing team to meet profit targets and collaborating with Finance.
- Manage A&P deployment strategy and ensure budget alignment.
- Foster relationships with internal teams, Maison, agency partners, and third-party stakeholders to achieve brand objectives.
- Collaborate with Regional Brand Managers to deliver market-specific programs.
- Bachelor’s Degree or MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in wines/spirits, luxury, or consumer packaged goods.
- Experience in the U.S. wines and spirits 3-tier system preferred.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy development in a commercial context.
- Deep commercial and financial orientation with expertise in P&L management.
- Experience in developing and executing ATL and BTL programs.
- Proficiency in managing agencies and third-party vendors.
- Ability to adapt to various work styles and manage both up and down.
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to lead creative strategy and campaign development.
- Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
Minimum of 7 years in progressive marketing roles, with a focus on wines/spirits or luxury brand marketing.
Bachelor’s Degree or MBA preferred.
