- Collaborate with the Brand Head and key stakeholders to define and implement Moët & Chandon’s brand strategy and marketing objectives.
- Lead the strategic development and execution of Moët & Chandon’s Partnerships, ensuring alignment with Maison and MHUSA strategies.
- Oversee the execution of brand partnerships to achieve volume, profit targets, and key performance indicators.
- Manage the brand’s A&P deployment strategy in collaboration with Strategy & Business Planning.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support brand objectives.
- Provide leadership and development support to the Moët & Chandon Associate Brand Manager and Brand Manager.
- Contribute to the growth of creativity and innovation within the Champagne & Sparkling team and Moët & Chandon Maison.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Marketing degree preferred.
- 7+ years of brand marketing experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods or U.S. wines and spirits industries.
- Understanding of brand strategy development in a commercial context.
- Experience in leading full 360 programming for global brands.
- Strong understanding of brand partnerships from strategy to execution.
- Elevated taste level and understanding of luxury brand positioning.
- Strong commercial and financial orientation.
- Knowledge of cultural trends influencing luxury sectors.
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
- Analytical skills to support data-driven decision making.
Minimum of 7 years in brand marketing, preferably within luxury consumer goods or U.S. wines and spirits industries.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Marketing degree preferred.
