- Collaborate with the Brand Head and key stakeholders to define Chandon’s brand strategy and marketing objectives.
- Contribute to Chandon’s annual U.S. marketing priorities and support key programs and platforms.
- Oversee the execution of Chandon’s marketing programs and activations to ensure volume and profit targets are met.
- Lead the development and articulation of Chandon’s Must Have Programs, providing strategic direction to key stakeholders.
- Plan and manage the brand’s A&P deployment strategy in partnership with Strategy & Business Planning.
- Lead the annual brand planning process in collaboration with various teams.
- Ensure the adoption of national brand strategy and programs at Chandon Brand Home in California.
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing and Maison teams to design and develop luxury POS materials and brand assets.
- Define, communicate, and oversee the management of Chandon programming KPIs.
- Maintain awareness of brand health and consumer insights, ensuring necessary adjustments to brand planning.
- Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships internally and externally across the Chandon brand and Champagne & Sparkling team.
- Manage relationships with various teams to build and maintain commitments for brand priorities.
- Build and maintain successful relationships with agency business partners, distributors, trade, and other stakeholders.
- Provide marketing thought leadership and brand-specific insights to the Champagne & Sparkling team.
- Provide leadership, tactical direction, and development support to Chandon Associate Brand Manager and Integrated Marketing Manager.
- Contribute to the growth of creativity and innovation across the team and within Chandon Maison.
- Support the development and evolution of collaborative ways of working across all Chandon stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s Degree, MBA Preferred
- 7+ years of brand marketing experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods or U.S. wines and spirits industries.
- Understanding of brand strategy development in a commercial context.
- Possess an elevated taste level and an understanding of luxury brand positioning and execution.
- Strong commercial orientation with a deep understanding of the marketing/sales relationship.
- Strong financial orientation with a deep understanding of depletions, sales, DOI, and P&L management.
- Solid knowledge of cultural trends influencing luxury sectors.
- Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional stakeholders, including senior leaders.
- Strong presentation skills and comfortable presenting in front of large groups.
- Strong analytical skills to support data-driven decision making.
- Understanding of the U.S. three-tier distribution system is a plus.
A minimum of 7 years of brand marketing experience, with a preference for those with a background in luxury consumer goods or the U.S. wines and spirits industries.
Bachelor’s Degree, MBA Preferred
