- Spearhead Hennessy's growth strategy in the UK, ensuring alignment with global objectives and maximizing market penetration across all trade channels.
- Define and implement channel-specific marketing strategies tailored to both on-trade and off-trade channels.
- Develop brand activations that integrate Hennessy’s brand values and resonate authentically with UK consumers.
- Analyze market data to understand UK consumer preferences and inform the creation of culturally relevant brand activations.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager in developing annual brand plans and influencing Maison strategies.
- Serve as a brand champion, communicating and upholding the brand's reputation and commercial agenda.
- Develop and execute innovative brand activations to drive visibility and consumer engagement.
- Manage external agency relationships for large-scale activations, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
- Evaluate and optimize the return on investment for brand activations using key performance indicators.
- 8+ years of brand management experience in the Wine and Spirits industry.
- Proven expertise in the UK market, including on-trade and off-trade channels.
- Experience in team management and commercial acumen, including P&L management.
- Demonstrated activation experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills as a multicultural connector and team player.
- Commercial mindset with problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and culturally curious.
- In-depth knowledge of the UK spirits market.
Minimum of 5 years in brand management, with a focus on the Wine and Spirits industry.
