- Lead the development of an annual brand plan aligned with global strategy, defining strategic choices to meet brand and business targets.
- Collaborate with the Head of Spirits to influence and align UK strategic direction with Maison strategies.
- Act as a brand champion, communicating and safeguarding brand strategies internally and influencing the commercial agenda.
- Maintain awareness of brand health, consumer insights, and trends, translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Monitor brand performance using sales, financial, market, and consumer data, recommending actions as needed.
- Curate local experiences inspired by global brand platforms, ensuring alignment with brand DNA and purpose.
- Collaborate with Sales and Communications teams to develop consumer-centric activities and integrated communication strategies.
- Manage and develop the Junior Brand Manager, providing coaching and support for professional development.
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders and inspire cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Serve as the custodian of the brand DNA, overseeing brand presentations and POSM management.
- Minimum 10 years of brand management experience, preferably in the spirits or UK drinks industry.
- Fluency in English.
- Organized and structured with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proactive and solution-driven with perseverance and resilience.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in cross-functional collaboration.

- Interest in digital content and communication.
- Passion for spirits, cocktail culture, and the UK bar scene.
- WSET Spirits Level 2/3 is a plus.
A minimum of 10 years in brand management, with a preference for experience in the spirits or UK drinks industry.
