1. Lead the development of an annual brand plan aligned with global strategy, defining strategic choices to meet brand and business targets.
2. Collaborate with the Head of Spirits to influence and align UK strategic direction with Maison strategies.
3. Act as a brand champion, communicating and safeguarding brand strategies internally and influencing the commercial agenda.
4. Maintain awareness of brand health, consumer insights, and trends, translating insights into actionable strategies.
5. Monitor brand performance using sales, financial, market, and consumer data, recommending actions as needed.
6. Curate local experiences inspired by global brand platforms, ensuring alignment with brand DNA and purpose.
7. Collaborate with Sales and Communications teams to develop consumer-centric activities and integrated communication strategies.
8. Manage and develop the Junior Brand Manager, providing coaching and support for professional development.
9. Establish relationships with key stakeholders and inspire cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
10. Serve as the custodian of the brand DNA, overseeing brand presentations and POSM management.

1. Minimum 10 years of brand management experience, preferably in the spirits or UK drinks industry.
2. Fluency in English.

8. Passion for spirits, cocktail culture, and the UK bar scene.
9. WSET Spirits Level 2/3 is a plus.

A minimum of 10 years in brand management, with a preference for experience in the spirits or UK drinks industry.
