Moët Hennessy Senior Brand Manager

- Develop strategic marketing direction to ensure sustainable long-term growth for Veuve Clicquot and CHANDON, both qualitatively and quantitatively.
- Maximize brand BTL strategy and activation to achieve business volume goals in alignment with growth plans.
- Manage brand ATL strategy, including media, PR, events, influencers, and press networking, in alignment with brand ambitions and key messages.
- Create synergy between ATL and BTL strategies to maximize impact.
- Represent the brand to Maison, HQ, and regional offices, managing brand teams and coordinating between departments to enhance MHD’s business, portfolio, and people.
- Lead team members and brands to achieve the next level by demonstrating MHD's core values.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within the luxury or premium alcohol industry.
- Proficient in English and Japanese, with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in office operations and working within a global corporation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- High-level communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and deliver results.
- Strong numerical and process management skills.
- Proactive leadership and team motivation.
