Moët Hennessy Senior Brand & Business Development Manager

- Lead the development and execution of French Bloom's sales and marketing strategies in the UK, ensuring alignment with the brand's global strategy.
- Drive strategic distribution across all channels with a focus on on-trade, identifying growth opportunities.
- Proactively identify and secure new commercial opportunities, enhancing sales performance in existing partnerships.
- Design and implement customer-centric business plans and promotional activities to boost brand visibility.
- Oversee account financials, providing recommendations on proposals and evaluating ROI.
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the trade to ensure brand presence and recognition.
- Act as the brand ambassador, educating stakeholders and promoting the brand at events and through social media.
- Develop and manage brand communications and assets, collaborating with Trade Marketing and Consumer Engagement teams.
- Create and track KPIs to measure program effectiveness and ensure positive ROI.
- Support CSR efforts to enhance brand relevancy with consumers.
- Partner with Finance to define and track brand profit goals, managing A&P deployment strategy.
- Minimum 5 years of sales and marketing experience in the wines/spirits sector.
- Experience in the UK wine trade preferred.
- Understanding of brand strategy development in a commercial context.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, including senior leaders.
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
- Passionate and creative with a drive for innovation.
- Ability to manage agencies and third-party vendors.
- Adaptability to different stakeholders.
- Fluent in English; French is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of sales and marketing experience in the wines/spirits sector.
