- Participate in the design, review, and documentation of People team and Total Rewards processes, maintaining a comprehensive process library.
- Collect, compile, and analyze data for Compensation survey participation.
- Ensure HRIS data integrity and compliance through regular audits and tracking changes across platforms.
- Support HRIS initiatives and projects.
- Assist in HR reporting, analytics, and KPI tracking, including monthly headcount reports and ad hoc requests.
- Track and report international and domestic moves in collaboration with the Associate Manager, Total Rewards – Benefits.
- Coordinate the maintenance of Total Rewards resources on electronic platforms such as MyMHUSA intranet.
- Support Employment Cost budget development, analysis, and tracking.
- Organize HR budget spend and manage month-end accrual submissions.
- Provide guidance on invoice submission, coding, and PO requests for the People Team.
- Create and maintain a Total Rewards FAQ knowledge base for the People team.
- Track progress on Total Rewards strategies and initiatives.
- Support data collection, preparation, launch, follow-up, and analysis of Employee Engagement surveys.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, human resources, or a related field.
- 3+ years of work experience, with at least 2 years in relevant HR or Finance roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Understanding of basic Accounting and Financial principles.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
- Experience with Power BI is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with a focus on HR or Finance roles.
Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
