- Proactively suggest purchase orders to distributors based on Moët Hennessy USA priorities, ensuring maximized depletions and stable distributor inventory.
- Calculate distributor needs using key parameters such as forecasts, lead times, and safety stock.
- Lead collaborative meetings with distributors and market leads to adjust to changing needs.
- Anticipate supply and business priorities, including pre-PI and landing.
- Ensure smooth SKU transitions, including vintage changes and new labels.
- Reserve stock in SAP to guarantee availability for distributors.
- Optimize transportation through direct load based on sourcing, weight, and value.
- Conduct proactive weekly meetings to review processes and ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor purchase order processing until delivery to distributors.
- Optimize market routes for all orders, evaluating efficiencies in sourcing and handling order exceptions.
- Analyze and execute agility movements to maximize depletions amidst supply imbalances.
- Lead replenishment transformation by optimizing and implementing new tools and processes in partnership with the project team and replenishment manager.
- Adjust tools and requirements based on distributor specificities and review replenishment parameters to align with business needs.
- Serve as the single point of contact for customer service issues with distributors and the commercial team.
- Drive open and regular communication with distributors regarding order status, allocations, supply constraints, and sales goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or Business Management.
- Minimum of 3 years in demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain analytics.
- Strong understanding of supply chain mechanics, with knowledge of U.S. importing/distribution preferred.
- Proficiency in systems such as Excel, SAP, data reporting systems, and planning tools like Anaplan.
- Experience in operations or supply chain, particularly in a B2B environment.
- Preferred experience with the wines and spirits 3-tier system.
- Action-oriented mindset with the ability to apply nimble learning.
- Capability to balance stakeholders in multi-party situations.
- Strong collaboration skills across diverse teams.
- Courage to voice opinions and develop business insights.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work independently.

Minimum 3 years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain analytics.
