1. Proactively suggest purchase orders to distributors based on Moët Hennessy USA priorities, ensuring maximized depletions and stable distributor inventory.
2. Calculate distributor needs using key parameters such as forecasts, lead times, and safety stock.
3. Lead collaborative meetings with distributors and market leads to adjust to changing needs.
4. Anticipate supply and business priorities, including pre-PI and landing.
5. Ensure smooth SKU transitions, including vintage changes and new labels.
6. Reserve stock in SAP to guarantee availability for distributors.
7. Optimize transportation through direct load based on sourcing, weight, and value.
8. Conduct proactive weekly meetings to review processes and ensure smooth execution.
9. Monitor purchase order processing until delivery to distributors.
10. Optimize market routes for all orders, evaluating efficiencies in sourcing and handling order exceptions.
11. Analyze and execute agility movements to maximize depletions amidst supply imbalances.
12. Lead replenishment transformation by optimizing and implementing new tools and processes in partnership with the project team and replenishment manager.
13. Adjust tools and requirements based on distributor specificities and review replenishment parameters to align with business needs.
14. Serve as the single point of contact for customer service issues with distributors and the commercial team.
15. Drive open and regular communication with distributors regarding order status, allocations, supply constraints, and sales goals.

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or Business Management.

1. Minimum of 3 years in demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain analytics.
2. Strong understanding of supply chain mechanics, with knowledge of U.S. importing/distribution preferred.
3. Proficiency in systems such as Excel, SAP, data reporting systems, and planning tools like Anaplan.
4. Experience in operations or supply chain, particularly in a B2B environment.
5. Preferred experience with the wines and spirits 3-tier system.
6. Action-oriented mindset with the ability to apply nimble learning.
7. Capability to balance stakeholders in multi-party situations.
8. Strong collaboration skills across diverse teams.
9. Courage to voice opinions and develop business insights.
10. Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work independently.

Minimum 3 years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain analytics.
