Moët Hennessy Senior Analyst, Replenishment

- Proactively suggest purchase orders to distributors based on MHUSA priorities to maximize depletions and maintain stable Days of Inventory (DOI).
- Calculate distributors' needs using key parameters such as forecast, lead-time, and safety stock.
- Lead collaborative meetings with distributors and MH market leads to adjust to changing needs.
- Anticipate key supply and business priorities, including pre-PI or landing.
- Ensure smooth SKU transition execution, including vintage changes and new labels.
- Reserve stock in SAP to ensure availability for distributors.
- Optimize transportation via direct load based on correct sourcing, weight, and value.
- Conduct proactive weekly meetings to review processes and ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor purchase order processing until delivery to distributors.
- Optimize route to market for all orders, evaluating and implementing efficiencies in sourcing and order exceptions.
- Analyze and execute agility movements to maximize depletions in a context of unbalanced supply.
- Lead replenishment transformation by optimizing and implementing new tools and processes in partnership with the Project team and replenishment manager.
- Adjust tools and requirements based on each distributor's specificities.
- Serve as a single point of contact for customer service for distributors and commercial teams.
- Drive open and regular communication with distributors to review order status, allocations, supply constraints, and sales goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or Business Management.
- Minimum of 3 years in demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain analytics.
- Strong understanding of supply chain mechanics, preferably with U.S. importing/distribution knowledge.
- Proficiency in systems such as Excel, SAP, data reporting systems, and planning tools like Anaplan.
- Experience in Operations or Supply Chain.
- Experience working closely with distributors/customers in a B2B environment.
- Preferred experience with the wines and spirits 3-tier system.
- Action-oriented mindset with the ability to apply nimble learning.
- Capability to balance stakeholders in multi-party situations.
- Strong collaboration skills across diverse teams.
- Courage to voice opinions and develop business insights.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with limited direction.
- Customer service focus.
Minimum of 3 years in demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain analytics.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or Business Management.
