- Actively manage B2B projects, ensuring timelines are met and key players are held accountable.
- Maintain and update project trackers, ensuring timely follow-ups with contributors for status updates.
- Support invoicing processes, including submission, budget tracking, and vendor management.
- Source content for campaigns in collaboration with brand teams.
- Provide weekly performance updates and identify trends and insights in sales data.
- Update monthly and quarterly performance decks and collaborate with commercial teams for business updates.
- Conduct commercial, financial, and investment analysis to guide eB2B campaign decisions.
- Collaborate with local and global teams to compile regional insights for worldwide E-Retail reporting.
- Ensure data harmonization and effective dashboard functionality in collaboration with the Data Product Management team.
- Provide guidance and support to Accounting and Finance teams, building cross-functional partnerships.
- Identify new opportunities and tackle unfamiliar tasks with a proactive attitude.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1-3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods, U.S. wines and spirits, e-commerce, and e-business.
- Experience in the Wines and Spirits industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on luxury consumer goods, e-commerce, and e-business.
