Moët Hennessy Sales Representative

- Elevate brand awareness and develop business within assigned sales areas, including Gastronomic Accounts and Retail Outlets.
- Manage customer-related topics to achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives.
- Identify and explore new consumer touchpoints and customer outlets.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to achieve sales volumes and value targets.
- Expand customer universe by promoting products in high-potential channels.
- Utilize budgets and support instruments to reach area targets in line with corporate guidelines.
- Execute brand marketing activations and merchandising guidelines.
- Track budgets and support customer events in collaboration with the marketing department.
- Handle allocations, customer complaints, claims, and approved returns.
- Conduct product training for customers and consumers.
- Monitor and report KPIs and competitor activities.
- Plan and execute customer visits, including preparation and documentation.
- Optimize customer tour plans in agreement with the Regional Sales Manager.
- Maximize utilization of sales force tools like ASPIRE and Qlik Sense.
- Collaborate with internal and external interfaces.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, with an emphasis on sales.
- Several years of experience in Sales, particularly in On Trade and/or Off Trade fields.
- FMCG background, preferably with premium brands.
- Luxury affinity and interest in Wines & Spirits.
- Deep market, product, and outlet knowledge.
- Fluent in German and English; French preferred.
- Proven communication and negotiation capabilities.
- Strong presentation skills and customer focus.
- Structured and methodical thinking.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Passion, creativity, and innovation.
- Effective team player with collaborative skills.
- Mobility and willingness to consider an international career.
- Valid Driving License B.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, particularly in On Trade and/or Off Trade fields, with a background in FMCG and premium brands.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
