- Elevate brand awareness and develop business within assigned sales areas, focusing on gastronomic accounts, retail outlets, and wholesalers.
- Manage customer-related topics to achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives in line with customer development plans.
- Identify new consumer touchpoints and expand customer outlets while respecting distribution strategies.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to achieve sales volumes and value targets.
- Promote products in high-potential channels to expand the customer universe.
- Utilize budgets and support instruments to meet area targets in alignment with corporate guidelines.
- Execute brand marketing activations, visibility, and merchandising guidelines with customers.
- Track budgets and support customer events in collaboration with the marketing department.
- Handle allocations, customer complaints, claims, and supply-related topics professionally.
- Conduct product training for customers and consumers.
- Supervise and report KPIs and competitor activities.
- Plan and execute customer visits, including preparation and documentation.
- Optimize customer tour plans in agreement with the Regional Sales Manager.
- Maximize the use of sales force tools like ASPIRE and Qlik Sense.
- Collaborate and communicate efficiently with internal and external interfaces.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, with an emphasis on sales.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within the On Trade and/or Off Trade sectors.
- FMCG background with a preference for premium brands.
- Fluency in German and English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
- Proven communication and negotiation capabilities.
- Strong presentation skills and customer focus.
- Structured and methodical thinking.
- Analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Passion, creativity, and innovation.
- Effective team player with collaborative skills.
- Mobility and willingness to consider an international career.
- Valid driving license B.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, particularly within the On Trade and/or Off Trade sectors, with a preference for candidates with a background in premium brands.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
