- Manage customer relationships to achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives in line with customer development plans.
- Identify and explore new consumer touchpoints and customer outlets relevant to brand distribution strategies.
- Cultivate long-term customer relationships to achieve sales volume and value targets.
- Develop sales volumes and values and ensure sustainable profitability within the sales area.
- Expand customer base by promoting products in high-potential channels.
- Utilize budgets and support instruments to meet area targets in line with corporate guidelines.
- Execute brand marketing activations, visibility, and merchandising guidelines.
- Monitor budgets like A&P and T&E.
- Implement and support customer events in collaboration with the marketing department.
- Handle allocations, complaints, claims, and supply-related topics.
- Conduct product training for customers and consumers.
- Supervise and report KPIs and competitor activities.
- Plan and execute customer visits, including preparation, follow-up, and documentation.
- Optimize customer tour plans in agreement with the Regional Sales Manager.
- Maximize utilization of sales force tools like ASPIRE and Qlik Sense.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field with an emphasis on sales.
- Several years of experience in sales within the On Trade and/or Off Trade sectors.
- Background in FMCG, preferably with premium brands.
- Fluency in German and English; French is preferable.
- Proven communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation skills and customer focus.
- Structured and methodical thinking.
- Analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Creativity and innovation.
- Effective teamwork and collaboration.
- Mobility and willingness to consider an international career.
- Valid driving license (B).
Minimum of 3 years in sales, preferably in the luxury or FMCG sectors.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
