- Manage customer-related topics and services to achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives in line with customer development plans.
- Identify new consumer touchpoints and explore new customer outlets relevant to the brands.
- Build and foster long-term customer relationships to achieve sales volumes and value targets.
- Develop sales volumes and values, ensuring sustainable profitability within the sales area.
- Expand customer universe by promoting products in high-potential channels.
- Utilize budgets and support instruments to reach area targets in line with corporate guidelines.
- Execute brand marketing activations, visibility, and merchandising guidelines with customers.
- Track budgets such as A&P and T&E.
- Implement and support customer events in cooperation with the marketing department.
- Handle allocations, customer complaints, claims, and supply-related topics.
- Conduct product training for customers and consumers.
- Supervise and report KPIs and competitor activities.
- Plan and execute customer visits, including preparation, follow-up, and documentation.
- Optimize the customer tour plan in agreement with the Regional Sales Manager.
- Maximize utilization of sales force tools like ASPIRE and Qlik Sense.
- Collaborate and communicate with internal and external interfaces.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, with an emphasis on sales.
- Several years of experience in Sales in On Trade and/or Off Trade Field.
- FMCG background, preferably with premium brands.
- Luxury affinity and interest in Wines & Spirits.
- Deep market, product, and outlet knowledge.
- Fluent in German and English, with proficiency in French preferred.
- Proven communication and negotiation capabilities.
- Strong presentation skills and customer focus.
- Structured and methodical thinking.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Passion, creativity, and innovation.
- Effective team player and collaborator.
- Mobility and willingness to consider an international career.
- Valid driving license (B).
Minimum of 3 years in sales, particularly in On Trade and/or Off Trade fields, with a background in FMCG and premium brands.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
