- Elevate brand awareness and develop business within assigned sales areas, including gastronomic accounts, retail outlets, and wholesalers.
- Manage customer-related topics to achieve qualitative and quantitative objectives in line with customer development plans.
- Identify new consumer touchpoints and expand customer outlets, respecting distribution strategies.
- Foster long-term customer relationships to achieve sales volume and value targets.
- Utilize budgets and support instruments to meet area targets in alignment with corporate guidelines.
- Execute brand marketing activations and ensure brand visibility and merchandising compliance.
- Track budgets and manage allocations, customer complaints, and supply-related topics.
- Conduct product training for customers and consumers.
- Supervise and report on KPIs and competitor activities.
- Plan and execute customer visits, including preparation and documentation.
- Optimize customer tour plans in agreement with the Regional Sales Manager.
- Maximize the use of sales force tools like ASPIRE and Qlik Sense.
- Collaborate with internal and external interfaces for efficient communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field with an emphasis on sales.
- Proven communication and negotiation capabilities.
- Strong presentation skills and customer focus.
- Structured and methodical thinking.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Passion, creativity, and innovation.
- Effective team player with collaborative skills.
- Mobility and willingness to consider an international career.
- Valid driving license (Category B).
A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, particularly in On Trade and/or Off Trade fields, with a background in FMCG and premium brands.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
