Moët Hennessy Sales Operations Assistant

- Support sales operations with a primary focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage POSM stock, create requests, and monitor delivery status.
- Oversee FOC (tasting bottle) stock and budget, create requests, and track delivery status.
- Update monthly sales planning for all brands.
- Compile and verify monthly sell-in and depletion data reports from customers.
- Create and consult on new customer accounts.
- Maintain and update customer information, credit limits, and contracts.
- Communicate brand information to wholesalers, outlets, and sales representatives via email.
- Update outlet contract information and upload to the relevant system.
- Support Aspire (CRM system) operations.
- Manage promotions, including official letters, strategy preparation, and sales progress updates.
- Update price lists and input prices on the direct customer e-purchasing site.
- Assist with sales operation efficiency projects and tasks.
- Provide quick service support for retail business, including corporate sales and Shopify delivery support.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales operations support or related fields.
- Knowledge of wines and spirits is advantageous.
- Understanding of large brand business, luxury goods, or the hospitality industry.
- Highly motivated, energetic, and team-oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused and result-oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Fluency in Korean is essential.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is advantageous.
Beginner level experience in sales operations or related fields.
