1. Lead and manage the German Sales Off-Trade Team to drive sales and organizational transformation.
2. Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to achieve commercial success, including setting sales targets and monitoring execution.
3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term partnerships.
4. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain industry leadership.
5. Collaborate with the Managing Director and Leadership Team to enhance brand building and marketing activations.
6. Foster a culture of entrepreneurship, accountability, and team spirit within the organization.
7. Oversee recruitment, development, and training of team members to ensure high performance.

1. Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
2. Profound understanding of the Wines and Spirits industry and the German Retail market.
