- Lead and manage the German Sales Off-Trade Team to drive sales and organizational transformation.
- Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to achieve growth and commercial success, including setting sales targets and monitoring execution.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with the Managing Director and Leadership Team to enhance brand building through customer engagement and marketing activations.
- Foster a culture of entrepreneurship, accountability, and team spirit, adapting sales strategies to evolving business needs.
- Manage key sales channels including National and Regional Wholesale, HoReCa, fine dining, bars, nightclubs, specialist retailers, and corporate customers.
- Oversee recruitment, development, and training of team members, ensuring they possess necessary skills and knowledge.
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years in a leadership role managing teams of over 10 people.
