- Achieve individual and team annual sales targets within the Southern Region, driving revenue growth for a portfolio of esteemed brands.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance brand visibility, distribution, and market share in the premium consumer goods segment.
- Identify new business opportunities to expand distribution and ensure market penetration for the company's diverse product portfolio.
- Manage business performance in line with agreed objectives, brand priorities, and product/pricing strategies.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distribution partners.
- Support channel strategy and implement activations to deliver strong brand communication and consumer experience.
- Lead and manage a sales team to achieve targets, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Provide timely communication on market environment and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales and promotional effectiveness.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales management experience within the FMCG, premium, or high-end consumer goods sector.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in competitive markets.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing a sales team.
- Fluent in English.
- Willingness to be based in the Southern Region with regular travel within the assigned territory.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills.
- Strategic and analytical thinking.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales, promotion, and activation strategies.
Minimum 5 years of progressive sales management experience within the FMCG, premium, or high-end consumer goods sector, with a focus on strategic account management and business development.
