- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve volume, revenue, and market share targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution channels.
- Drive brand visibility and promotions in key markets.
- Manage pricing, margins, and profitability in line with company policies.
- Oversee all retail formats, including traditional retail, modern trade, and departmental stores.
- Build strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Negotiate and execute trade agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Track competitor activity and market trends to refine sales strategies.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Execute promotional activities efficiently, within budget, and in line with brand guidelines.
- Monitor stock transfer and inventory management.
- Ensure collection of outstanding dues from wholesalers, retailers, and other clients.
- 5–8 years of retail experience in FMCG, consumer goods, or a similar industry.
- Master’s degree in Business (Sales & Marketing) or a Hotel Management graduate.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and foster collaboration.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Deep understanding of the luxury goods market with a customer-first approach.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in sales and partnerships, preferably within the luxury goods or FMCG sector.
Master’s degree in Business (Sales & Marketing) or a Hotel Management graduate.
