- Develop and execute the off-trade sales strategy in alignment with business objectives to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of off-trade account managers and sales representatives, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts, including retailers and distributors, to identify collaboration opportunities and resolve challenges.
- Develop comprehensive sales plans and initiatives to achieve revenue targets, monitoring performance metrics and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay abreast of trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities, leveraging insights to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, finance, supply chain, and product development to ensure alignment and execution of sales strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales effectiveness, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, maintaining high standards of ethics and integrity.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is advantageous.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in off-trade sales management, particularly within the FMCG or Beverage industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, building key account relationships, and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of off-trade market dynamics, including retail trends and distribution channels.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute actionable plans.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales data analysis and market insights.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
Minimum of 8 years in off-trade sales management, focusing on the FMCG or Beverage industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
