1. Accurately input direct supply orders daily, ensuring precision and timeliness.
2. Maintain the activation tracker for the sales team and coordinate with the Marketing team for brand activations.
3. Prepare and distribute weekly meeting minutes, capturing discussions, follow-ups, and timelines.
4. Assist in drafting and processing contracts and Fixed Investment Proposals for trade and event collaborations.
5. Create customized pricing forms for direct supply accounts based on commercial requirements.
6. Gather documentation and assist in the timely submission of contract claims.
7. Track and support the application process for complimentary bottles, ensuring compliance.

1. Undergraduate in business, marketing, or a related field.
2. Passionate, proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
3. Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
4. Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment, organizing time, projects, and processes.
