- Ensure accurate and timely entry of Direct Supply orders to support seamless sales operations.
- Maintain and update the activation tracker for the Central On-Trade sales team.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to coordinate brand activations, managing logistics, timelines, and post-activation reporting.
- Prepare and circulate detailed weekly meeting minutes to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Assist in drafting, processing, and tracking contracts and Fixed Investment Proposals (FIPs) for trade partnerships.
- Develop customized pricing forms and trade offers to support negotiations and sales initiatives.
- Compile and submit documentation for contract claims, ensuring adherence to internal processes.
- Oversee the application and tracking of free goods requests and trade offers, ensuring compliance with company policy.
- Support the consolidation and analysis of Recommended Selling Price (RSP) data to enhance competitiveness.
- Monitor and gather market intelligence on competitor activities, consolidating findings into structured reports.
- Undergraduate with a background in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Passionate, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and organize time efficiently.
- Self-driven, meticulous, and a team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
