1. Ensure accurate and timely entry of Direct Supply orders to support seamless sales operations.
2. Maintain and update the activation tracker for the Central On-Trade sales team.
3. Collaborate with the Marketing team to coordinate brand activations, managing logistics and timelines.
4. Prepare and circulate detailed weekly meeting minutes to ensure alignment and accountability.
5. Assist in drafting, processing, and tracking contracts and Fixed Investment Proposals (FIPs).
6. Develop customized pricing forms and trade offers to support sales initiatives.
7. Compile and submit necessary documentation for contract claims.
8. Oversee the application and tracking of free goods requests and trade offers.
9. Support the consolidation and analysis of Recommended Selling Price (RSP) data.
10. Monitor and gather market intelligence on competitor activities and consolidate findings into reports.

1. Undergraduate student with a background in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Passionate, proactive, and self-motivated with a keen interest in marketing, sales operations, and premium brand management.

1. Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
