- Assist the Sales Forecasting Manager in collaboration with the Supply Chain and brand teams across various distribution channels.
- Analyze sales data, ensuring consistency and accuracy through AI tools, pricing, and allocations.
- Support forecasting processes by analyzing brand and SKU portfolios across distribution circuits, managing allocations, and verifying forecast consistency across reports.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain to monitor stock levels, manage product launches and discontinuations, respond to stock alerts, and oversee surplus and custom packaging.
- Evaluate promotional activities across distribution circuits, identify discrepancies between commercial and marketing plans, and contribute to data reliability.
- Ensure the coherence of commercial information, including resale data quality and trade marketing plans.
- Manage innovations and new products by understanding the information chain from creation to performance, considering brand plans by SKU.
- Extract reports and update analytical tools.
- Monitor allocations and quotas through the APO process and ensure report consistency.
- Verify the disaggregation and APO interface via AI processes.
- Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or a related field, with a specialization in supply chain management preferred.
- Previous internship or apprenticeship experience in FMCG, logistics, or management control is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables.
- Strong interest in technology and AI tools.
- Operational proficiency in English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Initiative and proactive mindset.
Ideal candidates will have prior experience in analysis and forecasting within the FMCG sector, with exposure to logistics or management control being beneficial.
Master's degree in Business or related field.
