- Achieve secondary sales targets within the designated Mumbai region.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive sales and marketing business plans.
- Drive growth in On Trade business and market share through strategic initiatives.
- Conduct regular outlet audits to monitor market share movements.
- Provide periodic product training to trade partners' staff to enhance productivity.
- Execute brand activations and promotions efficiently in On Trade outlets.
- Manage FTT and ANP budgets at the state level, ensuring contract management and quarterly analysis.
- Maintain organizational standards in quality, distribution, visibility, promotion, pricing, and persuasion at outlets.
- Implement marketing plans in accordance with company policies and budgets.
- Ensure the availability of each registered brand and manage new product launches in the region.
- 2 to 3 years of commercial experience in sales, specifically with Key Account experience.
- Excellent sales skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Exceptional communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of liquor consumption trends and consumer preferences in India.
- High level of commercial awareness and ability to exploit profit opportunities.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Understanding of people management and ability to maintain standards.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales, particularly in key account management.
