- Achieve secondary sales targets within the assigned region of Mumbai.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive sales and marketing plans.
- Overcome environmental challenges to meet sales objectives.
- Drive business growth and increase market share in the On Trade sector.
- Conduct regular outlet audits to assess market share dynamics.
- Enhance brand image and facilitate volume growth through strategic initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to company norms and practices, including reporting and analysis.
- Conduct periodic product training for trade partners' staff to boost productivity.
- Execute effective activations and promotions in On Trade outlets.
- Manage FTT and ANP budgets at the state level, ensuring efficient contract management and quarterly analysis.
- Implement brand-building initiatives and innovative activations to enhance customer and consumer experiences.
- Maintain organizational standards for quality, distribution, visibility, promotion, and pricing at outlets.
- Execute marketing plans in alignment with company policies and budgets.
- Set and achieve distribution objectives to ensure product availability.
- Manage new product launches within the region.
- 2 to 3 years of commercial sales experience, specifically in Key Account management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of liquor consumption trends and consumer preferences in India.
- Exceptional sales skills.
- Outstanding communication, networking, and interpersonal abilities.
- High commercial awareness and ability to identify profit opportunities.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Proficient in people management with a disciplined approach.
Minimum of 3 years in a commercial sales role, with a focus on Key Account management.
