- Achieve secondary sales targets within the Mumbai region.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive sales and marketing plans.
- Drive business growth and market share in the On Trade sector.
- Conduct regular outlet audits to monitor market share movements.
- Ensure adherence to working norms and practices.
- Provide periodic product training to trade partners' staff.
- Execute activations and promotions efficiently in On Trade outlets.
- Manage FTT and ANP budgets at the state level.
- Implement brand building initiatives and innovative activations.
- Maintain quality, distribution, visibility, promotion, pricing, and persuasion standards at outlets.
- Execute marketing plans in alignment with company policies and budgets.
- Set and deliver distribution objectives and manage new product launches.
- 2 to 3 years of commercial experience in sales with key account experience.
- Proven record of achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of liquor consumption trends in India.
- High level of commercial awareness and profit opportunity identification.
- Exceptional communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of people management.
- Disciplined approach to managing people and standards.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales, particularly with key accounts.
