- Develop sales support tools and associated content, including innovative e-learning modules, videos, and presentations, to equip sales teams with necessary expertise and skills.
- Collaborate closely with Maison and Market experts to identify needs, challenges, and solutions, adapting messages for target audiences and selecting appropriate communication channels.
- Analyze and utilize commercial data to support content and messaging, enhancing market engagement with concrete insights.
- Create a generic merchandising booklet for brands to ensure visibility and space in key distribution channels and target points of sale.
- Develop category activation programs based on market needs and Maison plans to drive sales of the MH brand portfolio.
- Design engaging and innovative digital training content to educate sales teams on the MH Maison portfolio and sales techniques.
- Master's degree or equivalent, ideally in business, retail, sales, or a related field.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Creative and proactive, willing to challenge the status quo.
- Ability to navigate large and complex organizations.
- Interest in cross-functional topics and coordination.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
