- Serve as the face and brand ambassador of the Veuve Clicquot Bar at KaDeWe, captivating customers with the stories of Maison Veuve Clicquot.
- Warmly welcome and bid farewell to customers, encouraging repeat visits.
- Advise, prepare, and serve beverages while maintaining the highest standard of service.
- Maintain a high-quality atmosphere at the bar, creating a unique customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and manage safety and inventory.
- Proactively engage customers and support all aspects of the customer experience in the retail area.
- Promote upselling by guiding customers between the bar and retail area to maximize sales.
- Strive for sales growth and high conversion rates through targeted advice.
- Foster customer loyalty through excellent service and personalized consultation.
- Ensure seamless transitions between the bar and retail area for a consistent brand experience.
- Experience in luxury retail or the service/hospitality industry.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to lead by example.
- High level of presentation and communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities (both written and verbal).
- Technical and logical approach to problem-solving, proactive and well-organized.
- Flexible mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Windows and Office programs.
- Fluency in German and English.
