1. Conduct efficiency analysis on Outlet/Channel FTT contracts and commercial conditions to optimize sales margins.
2. Lead the review and renewal of FTT contracts with the sales team.
3. Analyze performance of top contracted outlets by brand and channel.
4. Perform variance analysis on monthly depletion and NSI performance against targets.
5. Ensure timely and accurate submission of R&R data by wholesalers and audit for data integrity.
6. Assist in sell-in/sell-out and stock reconciliation with wholesalers.
7. Monitor and manage data quality in ASPIRE SalesForce and Qliksense systems.
8. Identify departmental business needs and recommend process improvements.
9. Conduct stock takes at wholesalers' warehouses and perform reconciliations.
10. Execute ad hoc tasks, including contract preparation and reporting template maintenance.

1. Experience in a Sales Analyst role or related position.
2. Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
3. Knowledge of P&L statements is advantageous.
4. Analytical, creative, detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently under pressure.
7. Basic fluency in Chinese.
