Moët Hennessy Sales Analysis and Category Management Assistant

- Assist Key Account Directors and Managers in the On-Trade channel, collaborating with the sales force to implement and monitor commercial operations.
- Conduct in-depth category analyses, including brand performance by region and distributor, and provide improvement recommendations and market share analyses.
- Collaborate with teams to perform market analyses, sector trends, and sales projections for key account client meetings.
- Communicate with the sales force regarding performance, highlights, priority actions, promotional plans, and distributor alerts, ensuring commercial performance and updating sales tracking tools.
- Oversee promotional operations, including responding to tenders, updating promotional schedules, and communicating with the sales force.
- Support Trade Marketing operations, working closely with internal marketing teams on merchandising, visibility, and client contact for visibility actions.
- Manage the operational implementation of product listings with distributors.
- Engage operationally with clients on commercial operations, communication actions, and product sheet management via logistics platforms.
- Participate in the development of annual Business Reviews and client presentations.
- Develop commercial presentation templates using AI tools and internal team support.
- Conduct field tours to understand on-ground challenges and report insights to adjust targeted commercial strategies.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales or Marketing.
- Strong interest in commercial functions and data analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Initiative and priority management.
- Attention to detail.
Ideal candidates will have initial experience through internships or apprenticeships, particularly in analytical roles.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales or Marketing.
