- Coordinate contractual and administrative documentation for expatriates in collaboration with Shared Services, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
 - Create and validate international mobility packages in alignment with business needs and LVMH guidelines, partnering with Maison and Regional HR teams.
 - Present mobility packages to expatriates in collaboration with Maison/Region stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding.
 - Serve as a key point of contact for expatriates, addressing queries related to tax, social security, pensions, and overall assignment structure.
 - Maintain accurate mobility records and databases, ensuring documentation is up-to-date and compliant.
 - Lead the reference salary review process for expatriates, ensuring alignment with internal benchmarks and policies.
 - Coordinate the International Pension Plan (IPP) premium call process in collaboration with Maisons/Regions and in accordance with LVMH policy.
 - Manage the tax advisory campaign, acting as the primary liaison between providers and Maison/Regional teams.
 - Contribute to broader reward projects, including job grading, market benchmarking, and internal alignment.
 - Participate in the International Compensation Review (ICR) process, reviewing Maison/Region proposals for Managers, Professionals, and Senior Executives.
 - Coordinate the annual compensation survey submission, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.
 - Maintain the executive compensation database, ensuring it remains current and audit-ready.
 - Provide ad hoc compensation analysis and modeling to support decision-making by HR leadership or business stakeholders.
 - Prepare and deliver reports for internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards.
 
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
 - 5-7 years of experience in international mobility and/or compensation & benefits within a global, matrixed organization.
 - Experience working with external providers and coordinating across regions.
 
- Strong understanding of expatriate management, including packages, tax, social security, and pensions.
 - Good knowledge of reward processes, job evaluation systems, and compensation cycle management.
 - Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail and data accuracy.
 - Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
 - Proficiency in Excel and HR systems; familiarity with HRIS, mobility tools, and survey platforms is a plus.
 - Fluency in English; French is a strong advantage. Additional languages are a plus.
 
A minimum of 5 years of experience in international mobility and/or compensation & benefits within a global, matrixed organization is required.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
