1. Coordinate contractual and administrative documentation for expatriates in collaboration with Shared Services, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
2. Create and validate international mobility packages in alignment with business needs and guidelines from MH and LVMH, in partnership with Maison and Regional HR teams.
3. Present mobility packages to expatriates, ensuring clarity and understanding in collaboration with Maison/Region stakeholders.
4. Serve as a key contact for expatriates, addressing queries related to tax, social security, pensions, and assignment structure.
5. Maintain accurate mobility records and databases, ensuring documentation is up-to-date and compliant.
6. Lead the reference salary review process for expatriates, ensuring alignment with internal benchmarks and policies.
7. Coordinate the International Pension Plan (IPP) premium call process in collaboration with Maisons/Regions according to LVMH policy.
8. Manage the tax advisory campaign, acting as the primary liaison between providers and Maison/Regional teams, and respond to escalated or complex tax-related inquiries.
9. Contribute to broader reward projects, including job grading, market benchmarking, and internal alignment.
10. Participate in the International Compensation Review (ICR) process, reviewing Maison/Region proposals to ensure policy consistency across MH.
11. Coordinate the annual compensation survey submission, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.
12. Maintain the executive compensation database, ensuring it remains current and audit-ready.
13. Provide ad hoc compensation analysis and modeling to support decision-making by HR leadership or business stakeholders.
14. Prepare and deliver reports for internal stakeholders, including LVMH, MH Safety Teams, and HR Directors.
15. Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards for all compensation and mobility-related information.

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
2. 3–5 years of experience in international mobility and/or compensation & benefits within a global, matrixed organization.
3. Experience working with external providers (tax advisors, survey vendors, etc.) and coordinating across regions.

1. Strong understanding of expatriate management, including packages, tax, social security, and pensions.
2. Good knowledge of reward processes, job evaluation systems, and compensation cycle management.
3. Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail and data accuracy.
4. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across levels and regions.
5. Proficient in Excel and HR systems; familiarity with HRIS, mobility tools, and survey platforms is a plus.
6. Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a strong advantage.

A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in international mobility and/or compensation & benefits within a global, matrixed organization is required.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
